Miraculously no-one was injured in a three-vehicle car crash that resulted in an Evo being completely flipped onto its roof in the Kitsilano neighbourhood of Vancouver Wednesday night.
According to a brief statement issued by the Vancouver Police Department Thursday morning, a collision between an Evo car-share vehicle, a Volvo, and a Mercedes occurred at the intersection of West 4th Avenue and Burrard Street just before 9 p.m.
“The scene looked intense, with the Evo landing on its roof, but fortunately, there were no reported injuries,” said police.
Images taken from the scene show the Evo flipped onto its roof, its windshield smashed into the road and its tail-end up in the air.
A bag of what looks to be groceries, including a box of cereal and a smaller box of snack bars, are seen spilling into the road from the open passenger side door.
CTV News has contacted Evo and if a response is received, will update the story accordingly.
