WATCH: The Hospitals of Regina Foundation has launched their 2025 spring home lottery event, featuring a $1.6 million grand prize home.

The Hospitals of Regina Foundation has launched their 2025 Spring Home Lottery, featuring their most expensive show home in the 40-year history of the event.

The foundation made the announcement on Wednesday morning at their grand prize show home, a $1.6 million home located in The Creeks neighbourhood.

There are also plenty of other prizes, including a Corvette, Lexus, and a trip to Greece.

The home lottery is expected to raise about $2 million, money that will go towards pediatric and maternal health care at Regina’s hospitals.

“I think we’re very, very fortunate to live in a province, especially in a part of the province, here in southern Saskatchewan, that has, I think the most philanthropic community I’ve ever worked in, and I think this community will continue to engage in support of its health care,” said Dino Sophocleous, president and CEO of Hospitals of Regina.

The Hospitals of Regina Foundation has raised $66 million since its inception in 1987.

The show home is located on Elderberry Crescent in the Creeks and is open for public tours from Thursday until Sunday each week.
