Winnipeg police have arrested a man and charged him in the death of a victim in Powerview-Pine Falls. Kenneth Green was located in Winnipeg and taken into custody Friday morning.
RCMP called for the public’s help Thursday locating Green, 29. He faces a second-degree murder charge for the death of Ryan Sinclair, 31.
Sinclair was found dead outside a residence on Oct. 26 in Powerview-Pine Falls.
