Colleen Bready has your current conditions and updated weather forecast for April 21, 2025.
Get ready for great weather conditions for Monday’s Winnipeg Whiteout Street Party.
Once the chance of early afternoon showers passes, a mix of sun and cloud is expected on the way to a forecast high of 14 C.
As the party carries on into the evening, clouds will increase as temperatures slowly start to fall. No precipitation is expected, but that will change on Tuesday.
A disturbance over Alberta linked to a low in the US on Monday will move east, spreading rain and even snow into southern Manitoba overnight into Tuesday.

Precipitation will remain as rain when it’s expected to arrive in Brandon late Monday night.
Further north, snow will start in Dauphin around the same time. That region could see 2-4 cm of snowfall overnight, with another 5-10 cm possible on Tuesday.
Environment and Climate Change Canada said areas in higher terrain, including the Duck and Riding Mountains, could get 10-25 cm of snow with this system.
Yes, spring officially sprung just over a month ago.
Snow will remain in the southwest, but rain will spread into Winnipeg and the southeast Tuesday. The question is when. Forecast models are in agreement that rain is coming during the day—they just don’t agree as much on when it will arrive.
