Emergency crews are currently on the scene of a fatal industrial incident at the Herb Gray Parkway according to the OPP.
Provincial police were called to the parkway at Todd Lane and Huron Church Road at approximately 3:30 p.m. in the construction zone.
OPP confirm a 40-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. The Ministry of Labour is now investigating.
At the same time, Windsor police have responded to an industrial accident call on the parkway, this one at Huron Church Road and Labelle Street. Officials confirm to CTV Windsor that a 28-year-old man has suffered a laceration to his leg. The victim is responsive and has been transported to hospital.
