1 person hospitalized and delays expected after Sea-to-Sky crash

One person has been hospitalized and the Sea-to-Sky highway is facing delays following a crash Wednesday afternoon.

DriveBC issued a statement shortly after 1 p.m. describing a crash around two kilometres south of Chance Creek, a forest service road near Squamish.

While a southbound lane closure was in effect, the highway is now fully open.

According to the Squamish RCMP, traffic may be impacted along the major highway as an investigation into the single-car collision gets underway. Commuters are advised to drive with caution and be prepared for delays.
