Torontonians could be in for a messy commute this morning due to blowing snow and slippery roadways.
A winter weather travel advisory previously issued for Toronto has now ended but flurries aren’t expected to stop until the noon hour.
Environment Canada says the city could see about two centimetres of snowfall today.
On Tuesday night, the TTC said dozens of bus stops were out of service due to snowy roadways. Service was restored on those routes as of Wednesday morning, the TTC said.
The temperature is expected to drop off to -4 C this afternoon, feeling closer to -13 with the wind chill.
The inclement weather has also led to school bus cancellations in parts of the GTA.
