Since it has a two-handle design, it’s very comfortable to use even on stairs. It’s also one of the quitter electric snow shovels, too, so noise pollution won’t be a concern with this one. Thank goodness.
One of our favourite features is the bottom scraper. It allows you to clear right to the ground without worrying about damaging the auger blades. We’re pretty happy with the Snow Joe 320E 10-Inch Electric Snow Shovel for the price. And we’re very, very happy with the price. If you’re shopping on a budget, you won’t find anything better than this. This shovel is also the best option if you’ll be working in small spaces like thin walkways or small decks/patios — the 10-inch clearing width and lightweight design make it highly maneuverable.
One of the other things we like best is the scraper blade attached to the bottom. It makes sure the shovel can clear right down to the ground without risking any damage to the auger blade or housing. Nice, huh? You’ll also really appreciate the adjustable handle — you can pivot its position to make sure you have the most comfortable grip angle possible.
Unfortunately, we do have a couple of issues to bring up with this one. The main problem is with its durability — the auger blade is made of low-quality plastic that gets damaged easily if it hits any debris or is working in dense snow. Not ideal. The small 10” clearing width also means you’ll have to make a lot of passes in a larger space to clear the snow, so it’s not the most efficient thing either.
Overall, the Snow Joe 320E 10-Inch Electric Snow Shovel is the ideal choice if you won’t be clearing in any hazardous spaces and budget-friendliness is your priority.
