Plane crashes near Kisbey

Plane goes down in southern Saskatchewan CTV Regina: A small airplane crashed in a rural field near Carlyle. Creeson Agecoutay has more.

A plane carrying six occupants crashed in a rural field near Kisbey, Sask., 170 kilometres southeast of Regina.

The four adults and two children in the plane were taken to hospital for medical attention and further evaluation.

Carlyle RCMP were called to the crash shortly after 10 a.m. Sunday.

RCMP and EMS attended the scene and assisted with the injured occupants.

The RCMP have contacted Transport Canada as part of the investigation. The origin of the flight and its anticipated destination are currently not known.
