Ontario Provincial Police are investigating after a speeding driver lost control of their vehicle and ended up in a ditch in Renfrew County.
Police say an officer clocked the driver travelling 124 km/h in an 80 km/h zone “just moments before they lost control and rolled their vehicle.”
A photo posted on social media showed the vehicle on its roof.
“Fleeing from police cost this driver their vehicle and landed them a court date,” police said. “Thankfully, the driver walked away with minimal injuries.”
