A woman in western Quebec had two strokes of good luck after winning the lottery twice in the same week.

Outaouais resident Sylvie Bertrand took home a total of $132,000 and says she plans to continue buying lottery tickets.

She first won $32,000 by participating in the game show La Poule aux oeufs d’or on Jan. 26. Then, on Feb. 2, she won a house prize of $100,000 after buying a La Poule aux oeufs d’or ticket online.

“We’re going to treat ourselves,” said Bertrand.

She said she intends to use her winnings to renovate her house and buy a new vehicle.
