Montreal police (SPVM) are asking for the public’s assistance in finding a man suspected of sexual crimes at Verdun Beach last summer.
The SPVM says the suspect was at the beach on July 21 and approached a group of two men and three women.
“The suspect asked one of the women to give him a massage. She refused,” police said. “The suspect then began to caress her feet without her consent. He then began to masturbate in full view of everyone.”
One of the men called 911, and the suspect allegedly began spitting at the group and tried to headbutt one of the men.
He fled the scene before officers arrived.
