Those planning on driving in and around Montreal this weekend should be aware that there are closures that will be in effect on some roads.
Island Of Montreal
Curatteau Street
From Friday at 11 p.m. to Saturday at 7:30 a.m., Curatteau Street northbound between Notre-Dame Street and Hochelaga will be closed.
Pie-IX Boulevard
From Friday at 11 p.m. to Monday at 5 a.m., Pie-IX Boulevard northbound between Notre-Dame and Hochelaga will be closed.
Robert-Bourassa Boulevard
On Robert-Bourassa Boulevard northbound between de la Gauchetière Street and René-Lévesque Boulevard the following route alterations will be in effect:
- From Saturday at 7 a.m. to Sunday at 5 p.m. three lanes will be closed for maintenance.
- From Saturday at 5 p.m. to Sunday at 7 a.m. and from Sunday at 5 p.m. to Monday at 9 a.m. two lanes will be closed for maintenance.
- From Monday to Friday March 14, one lane will be closed for maintenance except during rush hour.
De Lorimier Avenue
From March 9 to April 9, two lanes will be closed for maintenance on De Lorimier Avenue northbound between Ontario Street and de Rouen Street.
Réseau express métropolitain – REM
The REM light rail line will be completely closed every Saturday and Sunday in March. Shuttles will be available.
