PLAYOFF TRACKER: London Knights one win away from OHL championship after game four win

London defeated Oshawa on the road Tuesday night and has a chance to close out the series at home Thursday.

The London Knights are one win away from clinching a second consecutive OHL championship after a 6-2 win in Oshawa Tuesday night.

After a hat trick performance in game three, London forward Kasper Halttunen followed it up with another trifecta of goals in game four.

In eight career OHL final games dating back to last season, the San Jose Sharks prospect now has four hat tricks.

Defenseman Sam Dickinson contributed two goals and two assists, his third four-point performance of the playoffs.

The Knights’ special teams also came through with a strong showing, converting on a pair of powerplay opportunities while shutting out the Generals on their powerplay advantages.

With a 3-1 series lead, London can clinch a second straight OHL title back at Canada Life Place Thursday night in game five.
