The London Knights clinched a spot in the OHL final Wednesday night, beating the Kitchener Rangers 4-2 at the Memorial Auditorium.
It’s the Knights’ third straight series sweep, improving their record to 12-0 in these playoffs.
Defenseman Sam Dickinson scored his seventh goal of the post-season midway through the first period to give London a 2-1 lead. The Knights added two more goals by the middle of the third period, building a lead that was too much for the Rangers to overcome.
Dickinson also picked up an assist, while Easton Cowan, Oliver Bonk, and Jacob Julien all contributed multi-point efforts as well.
The Knights will face Oshawa in the OHL final, with the schedule yet to be confirmed.
