Lambton OPP is investigating the death of a baby in Point Edward.
On Saturday just before 1:30 a.m., emergency crews were called with reports of an unresponsive infant at a home on St. Clair Street.
When crews arrived, the baby was taken to hospital, where it was pronounced dead.
No further details on the incident have been released by police. The investigation is ongoing.
