Charges laid in daytime break-and-enter

The Middlesex OPP have laid charges following a daytime break-and-enter in Munsee-Delaware First Nation.

On Thursday just before 10 a.m., officers were called to a home on Middlemiss Drive for a report of a break-and-enter in progress.

When police arrived, they found a suspect running from the property. He was arrested nearby.

As a result, a 33-year-old man of Chippewas of the Thames First Nation is facing charges for break, enter a house with intent to commit an indictable offence and mischief under $5,000.
