Leighanne’s Protein Bites
- 2 cups quick oats (blended)
- 2 scoops birthday bake protein powder
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- Dash of cinnamon
- Dash of salt
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Approx. 1/4 cup oat milk
- Approx. 1/2 cup crushed up Mini Eggs (or chocolate chips)
