Guelph Police have arrested a 35-year-old man in connection to multiple shed and garage break-ins.
Police said they were called to a location by Woolwich Street and Speedvale Avenue at around 8:20 a.m. The caller told them they saw a man actively breaking into a shed. Officers got to the scene and arrested the man as he tried to run away.
After further investigation, police determined the same man also entered three other shed, two garages and attempted to enter a home, all in the same neighbourhood.
The man was charged with six counts of break and enter and two counts of breaching a probation order.
