Waterloo Regional Police have identified two suspects in connection to an alleged carjacking in Kitchener earlier this year.

Police said two males stole a Range Rover after assaulting the owners and stealing their keys as they exited a business in the area of King Street South and Andrew Street on Feb. 16.

At the time, police said one of the victims sustained minor physical injuries.

As a result of the investigation, and with the assistance of the Toronto Police Service’s Major Crime Unit, the two male suspects have been identified.

Arrest warrants for robbery with violence and theft of a motor vehicle have been issued for a 19-year-old male and a 17-year-old male from Montreal, Quebec.
