Family of Ashley Smith to take coroner to court

The family of a teen who died in a Kitchener jail plan to take the coroner holding an inquest to court.

The lawyer representing Ashley Smith's family says they want to overturn a coroner's decision to exclude video from a Quebec prison from the inquest.

The lawyer says the videos depict Smith being injected with anti-psychotic drugs.
