SUV driver in LRT crash facing impaired charge

The driver who crashed their SUV into an Edmonton LRT at Princess Elizabeth Avenue and 106 Street the morning of Feb. 7, 2025,

A woman has been charged with impaired driving after crash with one of Edmonton’s LRTs, police say.

Her SUV collided with the train around 6 a.m. on Friday at Princess Elizabeth Avenue and 106 Street.

Police did not say what happened.

No injuries were reported.
