A serious crash closed down Highway 688 near Peace River for several hours on Saturday.

At 1:30 p.m., RCMP said traffic on the highway was being redirected in both directions due to the crash between Township Road 845 and 844.
Mounties said the scene had been cleared at 4:13 p.m.
No other details about the crash were given.
