HALIFAX -- Time is running out for somebody to cash in on an unclaimed $1-million prize from an Atlantic Lottery draw.
Under the rules of the lottery, players have 365 days from a draw date to claim their prize.
An Atlantic 49 prize was drawn on Oct. 12, 2011, and nobody has turned up with the ticket.
The lottery corporation says there are roughly two weeks remaining to claim the prize.
Atlantic Lottery says in a news release that it is extremely rare for prizes to go unclaimed -- especially when they are so large.
The winning Atlantic 49 numbers are 4, 10, 15, 28, 39, 43.
