Two people sent to hospital after vehicle, CTrain collide in N.E. Calgary

Two people were injured in a crash involving a vehicle and a CTrain in northeast Calgary on Wednesday morning.

Emergency crews responded to the intersection of 36 Street and 39 Avenue N.E., near the Whitehorn LRT Station, around 11 a.m.

Police said the crash involved a pickup truck and a CTrain.

Two adults were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to EMS.

Police are investigating the circumstances of the crash.
