The CEO of a private jet company says that a new facility that just opened at Calgary International Airport isn’t just for rock stars and A-listers.
The facility consists of two hangars equipped with 28 foot doors to handle any type of aircraft.
“They really are for small parties, for businesses,” says Roger Woolsey of Million Air Aviation.
He says that a vast majority of air travel is all business related, trying to reach remote areas that are not serviced by regular aircraft.
A grand opening event on Tuesday night featured a string quartet, an art gallery, and a display of private jets and luxury cars.
