A Lethbridge senior has been charged in connection with the sexual assault of a young boy at a public swimming pool.
Police were called to Stan Siwik Pool in the 1900 block of 15 Avenue North on Feb. 10 after the victim, an 11-year-old boy, was assaulted in the changing room.
Quan Phuoc Tran, 66, was arrested without incident the following day.
He is charged with sexual assault and sexual interference.
He was released from custody on several conditions and is scheduled to appear in court on March 25.
Police believe there may be additional victims, and have released a photo of Tran in an effort to encourage victims to come forward.
