The Calgary Flames had a special visitor Tuesday during practice in Philadelphia.
Guy Gaudreau, the late Johnny Gaudreau’s dad, laced up the skates and hit the ice with Flames players and coaches.
Johnny played eight seasons with the Flames before he and his brother were struck and killed by an alleged drunk driver last August.
The Flames have issued an open invite to ‘Papa’ Gaudreau to come skate with them any time.
Gaudreau stayed for the game, which the Flames won 6-3.
