A fog advisory was issued for Calgary Sunday.
Environment and Climate Change Canada issued the advisory just before noon, stating that “Dense fog formed early this morning in southern Alberta. Freezing drizzle is also possible in these regions, causing slippery conditions.”
It said the fog is expected to last until early Sunday afternoon.
In the meantime, travel is expected to be difficult due to decreased visibility in some areas.
ECCC advises drivers to turn on your lights and maintain a safe following distance.
