A southern Alberta man is celebrating a win on a scratch lottery ticket that net him $250,000.
Allan Kendrick won his prize from a $10 Crossword Supreme scratch and win ticket.
Kendrick said he scratched the ticket immediately after purchasing it and was in total shock.
“I couldn’t believe it,” he said in a news release. “I kept checking it on my app.”
Kendrick says his plans for the money include the purchase of a new truck.
“I’ll be paying off bills,” he added. “Then the rest into the bank.”
Kendrick purchased his winning ticket from Nacmine General Store in Drumheller.
