Carolina Del Carmen Perdomo and Allan Edgardo Perdomo Lopez, both of Calgary, are charged with manslaughter in the death of Eneas Emilio Perdomo.

A bail hearing was held in a Calgary courtroom on Wednesday for Allan Perdomo Lopez and Carolina Perdomo in connection to the death of five-year-old Emilio Perdomo last year.

Eneas Emilio Perdomo was living with his biological grandfather in Calgary when he was taken to hospital last July in medical distress.

The little boy died at Alberta Children’s Hospital and an autopsy determined the cause of death was blunt force trauma.

Allan Perdomo Lopez and Carolina Perdomo were charged with manslaughter in the boy’s death and have been in custody since the charges were laid.
