Thefts in Kawartha Lakes under investigation

The City of Kawartha Lakes OPP are investigating two separate thefts, one allegedly involving stolen merchandise at a local store and the other allegedly involving a stolen snowmobile.

Police say a suspect stole approximately $150 of unpaid merchandise at a Fenelon Falls store. Security photos of the suspect were posted on social media.

A photo of the snowmobile was also posted on social media, which was allegedly stolen on the Trans Canada Trail at Beaver Road close to Heights Road.
