Mapleview Drive East will be closed from Huronia Road to Country Lane, starting July 21, for up to a week.
The full closure is required to demolish the old bridge on Lovers Creek and finish installation of new box culverts under Mapleview Drive East.
Detours are in place, along Yonge Street, Big Bay Point Road and Huronia Road.
Access to local businesses will remain open during the closure.
Construction in the area is expected to finish in November.
