Driver crashes into food trailer off Highway 11

A local business owner was shaken up after a vehicle crashed into his food trailer off Highway 11 late Saturday afternoon.

The Jimmy B’s Chef in a Box food trailer was stationed in a parking lot at the Line 2 South intersection when a vehicle reportedly crashed into it just before 6 p.m..

According to County of Simcoe Paramedics, OPP cancelled off their response as one person was taken to hospital by family members.

While Orillia OPP confirmed that no one was injured and no charges were laid, the business owner told CTV News that his food trailer will have to be closed for the next few days due to the damage.

He adds that he will reopen the trailer on Tuesday.
