Casino Rama Resort is looking to fill nearly 30 positions as it begins a major refurbishment project.
The casino will hold a Walk-In-Wednesday hiring initiative on Oct. 30 starting at 11 a.m. at Cedar Restaurant located inside the main entrance.

The resort hopes to hire positions in culinary/food and beverage, banquet and events, housekeeping, plumber, environmental services, and leadership roles.
“Our employees have been the key to our success for many years,” noted the resort’s general manager, Helen Cooper. “We are looking for those who share our passion for people and commitment to customer service.”
Candidates are asked to bring an up-to-date resume and contact information.
The resort on Rama Road in Orillia will undergo extensive improvements across the casino property, including hotel room upgrades, an expanded spa and fitness centre, and updates to the gaming floor and common areas.
Plus, new family-friendly dining options will be introduced.
The renovations are staged in increments to avoid disturbing guests.
