Ingredients:
- 2 blocks cream cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dill weed powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (Save a little to sprinkle on top)
- 1 large container of fresh spinach OR 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and thoroughly squeezed to remove excess water
Optional:
- ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled (about 6 strips, or substitute with bacon bits)
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
Directions:
- Mix the dip - in a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, onion, bacon, dill weed, garlic powder, and spinach. Mix well until fully blended.
- Assemble and bake - place in baking pan or in bread bowl and bake at 350° for 45 minutes
- Serve and enjoy - serve warm with the reserved bread pieces, scoops, naan bread, crackers, or fresh veggies.
