LOS ANGELES - Los Angeles police say a body has been found on the roof of a downtown hotel where a Canadian tourist was last seen last month.
Officer Diana Figueroa says police responded to the roof of the Cecil Hotel just after 10 a.m. on Tuesday.
Figueroa says it's too soon to know the victim's identity with certainty.
Vancouver resident Elisa Lam travelled to California alone on Jan. 27.
The 21-year-old was last seen by workers at the Cecil Hotel on Jan. 31.
